Not everyone needs or wants a website they can update themselves, its often a time consuming job that can seriously eat into your other daily business tasks. But what if we said we could be an extension of your team by taking on that role for you?

At JasmineDesign we can completely manage your website, from creation to ongoing maintenance - covering content updates, new pages or updating pictures to modern image formats, plus much more... we'll take the worry out of any future changes you need.

Websites perform best for both you and your customers when kept up to date, so having someone on your team is essential if you think that you'll update your website less than once a week it could be more cost effective to let us update your site after it's built.

Aftercare Packages

Keep your website secure, backed up and making you money

Out of date software or configuration issues can be really bad for business, as data in the wrong hands could be bad news for any business.

We offer monthly Aftercare Packages for keeping your site secure, updated, and optimised for conversion. From the essentials of keeping your site secure and backed up, to monthly reports and improvements. We aim to make sure your website is always progressing, and your sales growing.

Tailored Maintenance

Our flexible packages offer you options to best suit your current requirements, with no lengthy contracts. You can also upgrade at any time as your website and business grows.

Regular maintenance packages are available on either a monthly / yearly basis, giving you priority access to an agreed amount of time per month.

We also have our cost effective maintenance Pay-as-you-go option, though this does not guarantee immediate availability as a maintenance slot wait, may be up to 3 days.

Allowing you to have a web developer as part of your team though only for the hours you really require them.

Plus for a 60 day period after your website goes live, we will fix any bugs that occur. This does not include additional work to the site. (sorry only for Sites we launch)

We also offer support on an hourly basis as well

Support That Meets Your Needs

As every business is different we offer a range of support and management packages, custom-designed to reflect your exact requirements. From hands on support for a one off task / issue or on a ongoing monthly basis. We also offer support on an hourly basis as well.

Whatever your issue, we're here to help resolve it. We also believe there's no such thing as a silly question, so if you have a problem or issue with your website in any way then just ask us, we are always happy to provide insight.

At JasmineDesign we can just about cover every area of web development with our many years of experience to call upon. Sometimes we may even be able to offer our advice or a quick fix solution for free (don't tell our boss!), though if the problem requires a more in depth solution and work is needed we would need to charge for our time. This starts at £36 per hour block.

We will however be upfront about this and outline any costs in our first email back to you.

Though if for any reason we are unable to provide you with helpful information ourselves, we will quickly say so, along with advice as to what might be a good next step for you. So you'll never feel out of your depth or left in the dark with JasmineDesign.
